About

As long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the deepest questions of human existence: Who am I? What does it mean to be fully human? Do I have a purpose? My search for these answers has shaped every stage of my life.
01
As a young adult, I spent eight years studying philosophy at McGill University. While philosophy gave me a language for exploring the deepest questions, I sensed there was more available than words alone could reach.
02
It was only when I journeyed to India that I began to understand the limits of a purely intellectual approach. During a year and a half of travel through India, I learned to meditate and, perhaps more importantly, discovered just how disconnected I had become from my own body and emotions.
03
I have now practiced meditation for over twenty years. It has been one of the greatest gifts of my life, opening my heart and profoundly shaping the way I understand myself and the world. Yet over time I realized that understanding myself was not the same as transforming myself. There were parts of myself I could understand intellectually but had never truly met with compassion.
04
After the birth of my second child, I went through a period of severe insomnia that I could not meditate my way out of. It was during this difficult time that I discovered Core Energetics.
05
As I began to work with anger, fear, sadness, and joy through the body, my sleep gradually returned. More importantly, something fundamental in my relationship with myself began to change. Instead of trying to become a better version of myself, I learned how to welcome the parts of myself I had spent years trying to fix.
06
Looking back, I don't believe I was searching for something I lacked. I was learning how to recognize what had been present all along. Today, it is a privilege to accompany others on that same journey — helping them reconnect with their bodies, discover the wisdom within their emotions, and remember the wholeness that has been there all along.

In their words
“I have never walked away from a session with Daniel feeling less enlightened, humbled, or acquainted with myself. He is the clearest mirror I have ever encountered. He combines profound self-awareness with a recognition of his own limitations, creating a space that feels both safe and authentic. He has helped me meet even the parts of myself I have rejected with greater compassion and courage. I recommend Daniel wholeheartedly.”
“Core Energetics is difficult to explain intellectually because it is something you have to experience firsthand. Layer by layer, this work helped me move beneath old patterns of avoidance that were draining my energy and holding me back. Daniel's steady, compassionate guidance, combined with his deep respect for my pace and boundaries, helped me feel safe enough to experience emotions I had previously been afraid of. I am now less afraid of my emotions and more able to move through what once felt blocked. Daniel is an excellent practitioner — someone you can truly trust.”
